SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Elias and Sarah-Jane are responsible for:

• Keeping the lodge clean and making up the bedrooms every morning.

• Laying of the table, preparing the fire/s, setting out the ice bucket and closing curtains.

• Washing cutlery and crockery and keeping the kitchen tidy, twice a day.

Guest laundry is not included in normal staff duties, though can be arranged with Sherol at a charge of R100 per load.

The staff will be available in the lodge twice a day.  Whilst flexible, their daily five hours of work are conventionally split 8:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30. Please discuss with Sherol if you require different times to make up these same hours.
